Counterpoint

Date: 4 July 2010

Counterpoint is a musical term that means the combining of different yet parallel voices to create a richer sound and texture.
In this counterpoint series we will be benefitting from the voices of others, the voices of guest preachers who will be sharing from their different church contexts, experiences and passions in order that we may be enriched.

So come along for these 3 weeks to hear from them:

4 July Dan Harding -

Dan is the pastor of City Life Redcliffe along with managing the behind the scenes logistics of City Life churches. He has been happily married to his wife Martine for 7 years now, and together they are the proud parents of 3 year old Noah. Before becoming a part of the pastoral team at City Life 5 years ago Dan worked in IT and web design. Whilst his main passion is coaching people in God’s word, he also loves good coffee and getting in some beach time.

11 July Helen Bates -

Helen has more than 25 years of experience in mission and pastoral ministry across different denominations. She has served with the Gateway Team since January 2004, facilitating Life Groups and Training at Gateway. She is married to David, and her passion is for people to grow and change as they come to know God and do their journey with Him.

25 July Stan Fetting -

Stan Fetting was born in Zambia, raised in South Africa, and came to Australia after living and ministering in Scotland and England. He is married to Julie, his schooldays sweetheart, with whom he has had four girls and is about to become a grandfather.
