Life can be better... so why not take a closer look?
Man to Man and Woman to Woman are courses which enable you to take a close look at the strengths and weaknesses you carry from your family background into family, work and friendships, and to use the insights gained to implement change with God's help. Group Agreements ensure safety and that a high level of confidentiality is maintained throughout the courses, meaning what is said in the group, stays in the group!

Woman to Woman is a course which encourages women to look closer at their relationships and their world. The ten sessions include:
- The Arena of Healing
- Functional & Dysfunctional Family Dynamics
- Coping Strategies of the Child and Adult
- Denial and Anger
- Rebuilding after Grief and Loss
- The Influence of Shame
- Overcoming Co-dependency
- Sexuality and intimacy
- Forgiveness - letting go
- Stepping into the future
It gives women insight into family dynamics, personal attributes, beliefs and values, as well as providing strategies for change. It is a course suitable for any woman, young or old, dysfunctional or functional. Woman to Woman encourages you to embrace life and invest in a better future. Man to Man explores how men are designed for action, excitement and success. And how it is easy to find yourself bored, empty or alone. The ten sessions include:

- Co-dependency and Isolationism
- Shame and guilt
- Emotions
- Anger
- Conflict resolution
- Sexual addiction
- Intimacy and sexuality
- Forgiveness and moving ahead
It can help men discover what has had an effect on the way they think, feel and behave. Gain insight into what effects you personally, as well as learning skills for living life more successfully.
