el•e•vate // to move or raise to a higher place or position; lift up 

Over 75 people serve in a team as data operators, sound technicians, production crew, musicians, vocalists, band leaders, and worship leaders. We are spoilt; but it's out of this richness that the team is committed to growing our heart for worship, and the gifts and talents God has given us.

Throughout 2011, elevate sessions provide an opportunity for the worship team to train, learn, and grow together. Elevate helps build a sense of togetherness as the team tunes into God's heart for worship, whilst also taking time to work on their skills. 

Elevate sessions involve:

♫ Spending time together in prayer + input from scripture

♫ Workshopping new music

♫ Spending time working on skills as musicians

♫ Building the team unity through fellowship together

The sessions are aimed at those involved in ashgrove's worship and production teams, although anyone who has a heart for worship is welcome to come along!

Keep an eye out for upcoming elevate sessions on Thursday 28^thJuly and a full day elevate session in early September.
